Business Development Manager
Bridewell is a fast-growing Cyber Security Consulting and Managed Security Services company, that is currently looking for Business Development Managers to support our continued growth across all areas of the organisation. Bridewell have a strong track record for delivering complex cyber security projects and providing excellent customer service. We have an exciting and varied portfolio of clients across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Government. We assist our clients by providing a full range of security services across Cyber Security, Penetration Testing, Data Privacy and Managed Security Services.

To support continued growth across all our services, we are looking for self-starting Business Development professionals, with substantial experience forging new client relationships across all areas of an organisation. We are looking for Business Development Managers to head up our new business activities in Financial Services, Critical National Infrastructure and Commercial.
Successful candidates will either have experience of selling cyber security services or demonstrable experience in creating and building professional relationships, be eager to learn about cyber security consultancy services and want to move into a sales position.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients to understand their security challenges and requirements, and work with our consultancy team to scope these into engagements Bridewell will deliver:
- Creation and execution of personal, sector specific, business development plans and campaigns
- Development of opportunities through networking and events
- You will need to create proposals and support tender responses where appropriate
- You will ensure engagements have been booked in and that the work has been delivered and that clients are happy with the quality of the work.
- Attending Cyber Security and Industry specific conferences and events to increase your knowledge of the industry.
Experience
Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Evidence of winning new business in a consultancy/services orientated environment
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Happy to pick up the phone and get in front of people
