Due to continued growth, we are looking for Senior Security Consultant’s to join the team, with extensive experience in Security Architecture, ideally within Industrial Control Systems and working within Operational Technology. We are looking for someone who has owned, led, and developed end to end solution architectures for projects which have high security requirements. Those who have come from an engineering background and then moved into Cyber Security are of interest, as well as those with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on appropriate security controls in their OT environments
• Reviewing OT environments, providing feedback on risk and providing appropriate security advice
• The ability to lead, end to end, the security architecture and design for significant projects with ICS/OT environments
• Working with Bridewell’s other security teams to ensure a joined-up approach to client delivery
• Supporting on other security work across Bridewell which would cover ISMS development, assisting companies gain ISO27001 certification, PSN Compliance, NIS D compliance, IEC 62443 and assisting with other areas of governance, risk and compliance as required
• Working with Clients to understand the threats to their business and develop effective security solutions
• Quality Assure other consultants work as required
• Input into the development of Bridewell security methodologies.

Experience

• The ability to lead, end to end, the security architecture and design for significant projects with ICS/OT environments
• Experience across a broad range of technology topics ideally including both Operational Technology and Information technology
• Experience in advising clients on appropriate security controls in their OT environments
• Working within an operational security/architecture role or security/architecture management or leadership position
• Excellent collaboration and communications skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both technical and non-technical teams including at a senior level
• Strong influencing ability to encourage various projects and products are adopting a secure by design philosophy
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems covering traditional infrastructure, cloud platforms and SaaS
