People Business Partner
Bridewell is a fast-growing Cyber Security and Managed Security Services company, that is currently looking for a People Business Partner, to join the team. Bridewell have a strong track record for delivering complex cyber security projects and providing excellent customer service with an exciting and varied portfolio of clients across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Government, Aviation and more. We assist our clients by providing a full range of services across Cyber Security, Penetration Testing, Data Privacy and Managed Security Services.

Responsibilities
- Working with your Department/Squad Managers to manage all HR functions within the teams and be the first point of call for HR support and advice.
- Manage the full onboarding process for new employees joining the team.
- Responsible for advising managers and employees on all aspects of employment relations such as absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and exit process.
- Support Department/Squad Managers with Probation Reviews, Performance Reviews and PIPs.
- Support and advise on employee relations issues through a systematic approach with clear legal documentation and escalate more complex matters where necessary.
- Cross-refer to People Business Partners on more specialist subjects where necessary.
- Be the first point of escalation for the People Business Partners.
- Communicate organisation wide initiatives to improve the wellbeing and engagement of teams and individuals, as well as working with management to support employees across all HR initiatives.
- Strive to continuously improve employee engagement with the teams. Conduct regular touch points with employees and support any issues or provide relevant feedback to Line Managers.
- Act as the liaison for employee celebrations such as birthdays, work anniversaries etc. and co-ordinate with Manager for appropriate gifts and internal recognition.
- Support and encourage team members to complete Culture surveys and engage with company events.
- Become a SME in the applications that underpin our People function e.g. XCD, Salesforce, SharePoint etc.
- Be an advocate for the Bridewell values.
Experience
Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- A passion for learning and developing
- Either completed or working towards their CIPD Level 5
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Discretion when handling sensitive cases
- Strong team player
